Call us before you get mad.  Everything goes smoother when no one is mad, we’ll fix it together.  If you want to be involved in the fixing process, we are fine with that.  We like to educate you as we work toward the solution.  Not that we don’t want your business, we just feel it better if we can help you understand the problem and not have to rely on us for quick fixes.

If you have a catastrophic failure or a minor issue or you want to upgrade a piece of hardware, we can get you going again.  We have the experience and resources to fix your hardware problems.

If you are ready for a whole new computer, let us see what we can do to get you what you need.  We can order you favorite brand or custom build you one ourselves, it is up to you.
